Default Here you can introduce yourself to our new community

If you have not introduced yourself in the weightloss section, you can most certainly introduce yourself right hear in this thread.

As you have probably noticed, this is the core stability and strength forum, where we concentrate on strengthening our core muscle groups around the midsection of our bodies.

Also core stability, where we we creat situations that cause instability and situations that would normally throw you off blance to create harmony and balance in itself, while at the same time strengthening the core muscles

Have fun and enjoy the learning experience or gain a higher level of self improvement

Thanks people,

Josh

Hi im Jonathan
Im a professional mma fighter so i know about core but the stuff you guys do is amazing. I seen the videos on youtube is there a beginners week long split, if thats how you do it, someone can post. Im in farily good shape as far as strength but would like to progress my core strength to do some of the things Serge is doing in the video. I think it would help my fighting tremendously.
thank you
jonathan

Hi Jonathan and welcome,

Core is indeed great for any kind of fighting as I am sure you are well aware from first hand experience. I will be updating this site soon, I have just been busy, but if you have any suggestions on a topic for step by step techniques for more pictures or another video on core but focussing on a specific area, then let us know and I will ask Serge what can be done. Also if you have any other questions regarding core stability or how to get to Serges level of core stability as see in the videos let us know and I will let Serge know about your post here and he will answer you personally.

Take care and best regards from Josh

Thank you for replying so quickly Josh. I think I can try to scale the things Serge is doing in the videos. Althought any extra videos and exercises would be a great help. I think my main concern is do I do those exercises just along with my other exercises or do 2 days a week just on core and 3 days strength and conditioning or 1 day core 1 day balance. How do i approach it ?

Hi John, no worries, we will work on getting some some more core videos and sep by step tutorials happening. I will get Serge to answer you about how to accelerate your core work, as he can give a better answer than I could, when he gets back home tonight from working at the gym, he will be happy to help out

Josh
